The Hub is the only privately-held, LEED-Certified meeting facility in the U.S. Sustainable business practices are our passion, not just our words, and we have gone to great lengths to ensure that your meeting’s environmental “footprint” is minimal. Many of our construction materials and furnishings are made of recycled and recyclable content, not to mention the fact that they were manufactured within 500 miles of our facilities. Our energy sources are 100% wind generated and the lights in each of our meeting rooms are low CFC emission and energy efficient. Additionally, we use only organic cleaning materials.
Our goal is to educate our community and the physical space at The Hub is filled with educational information on how you can make an impact in our world.
Chief Meeting Officer (CMO)
Off-site meeting are stressful. That’s why all clients of The Hub are assigned a Chief Meeting Officer (CMO). These are expert event specialists, proficient at handling all the details. Many of The Hub’s clients simply show up on the day of the event, knowing that all the details are set and secure. Your specific CMO will work with you to understand your meeting goals and set up all the details that make a meeting run smoothly. More importantly, your CMO is your single point person for everything related to your meeting. When you work with The Hub, you can sleep an extra hour, with the peace of mind that your dedicated CMO is on the job!

This keeps you calm and your attendees are ensured of a successful meeting. Key milestones include securing AV equipment, finalizing food choices, approving payment details, signing contracts, and making any necessary changes are all confirmed. Meetings are stressful times and we understand that. Our team is obsessed with sound planning and responsible for making sure all your details are accounted for in our meeting plan. Our meeting planning team works with all our clients to execute a 18 point pre-launch meeting checklist before every single meeting. In addition, our Master Meeting Plan includes key milestones and check points starting 30 days out and running right up to the day before the meeting. No detail is left to chance and that gives our clients peace of mind.
