In addition to the world class meeting and event space you will find in all The Hub locations, The Hub’s Meeting Services and Logistical Support team enables you to turn over many of the tasks related to your meeting or event to The Hub’s experienced professionals.
Whether it’s picking up a VIP at the airport, making hotel reservations, or planning a creative off-site evening event, The Hub makes the process seamless and efficient. In essence, we become an extension of your internal team. So, for those details you don’t have the time, desire or experience to manage, leave it to us. Regardless of the size or complexity of your event, our experts will meticulously handle the fine points and integrate them into your overall Hub experience without skipping a beat.

Program Management and Operations
Your Hub Chief Meeting Officer (CMO) is your single source for all aspects of the program including pre conference planning phone calls (or meetings). The CMO is dedicated to ensuring that every single detail is managed according to your wishes, regardless of how many changes occur throughout the planning process.
The CMO is also responsible to ensure that all final billing and post conference reconciliation is done in a timely and accurate manner so you have all the information needed to review and reconcile every expense related to the event.
Green Initiatives and Environmental Sustainability
Internally and with our meetings and events we make every effort to produce green meetings and events. We accomplish the conference objectives with minimal environmental impact. In many cases, contrary to popular belief, going green saves our clients money.
The Hub: Leading With Green
Here are some of the things we suggest to every one of our clients:
Look at reducing portion sizes and amounts. Move towards seated meals verses buffets.
Ask the F & B department or off site caterer to buy local seasonal products. We include these products in our menu designs.
Ask Presenters and Organizers
To reduce handouts and pre- conference materials. Check and see if the hotel has a dedicated TV channel to have meeting information broadcasted.
Ensure all food / beverage / conference materials is recyclable and that it is recycled.
No Plastic Water Bottles
Use pitcher water or water fountains with reusable or recyclable drinking glasses.
Many hotels F & B departments are composting. Have all leftovers composed or donated to local farmers as food.
Discuss donating excess / leftover foods to be donated to local food banks.
