Parking
Parking can be found in the Amtrak parking structure, directly adjacent to The Cira Centre. To get to the parking structure, turn right into the driveway of The Cira Centre at 2929 Arch Street and follow the signs straight into the parking garage. The Cira Centre is connected directly to the parking structure via bridge from the third level of the parking structure, which will take you immediately to the front doors of The Hub Cira Centre, located on the right hand side upon passing through the doors into the Cira Centre mezzanine. The current cost for parking is as follows:

• Up to 1 hour: $10
• Up to 2 hours: $15
• 2-12 hours: $20
• 12-24 hours: $24

These prices may change without notice and Amtrak offers no discounts for this parking structure.

There are parking meters located at Amtrak 30th Street Station that run $2/hr and accept only quarters. There is a change machine located just inside the doors at the south side of the station. We recommend that you go into 30th Street Station and access The Cira Centre via the skybridge to avoid crossing the busy street between the station and The Cira Centre. The Hub Cira Centre is located just off of that skybridge as you walk towards the parking structure.

From The East
From the New Jersey Turnpike, take Exit 4 (NJ-73). Follow Route 73 North and then Route 38 West to Route 30 West. Follow the signs to the Ben Franklin Bridge. Once over the bridge, follow the signs for I-676 West towards Central Philadelphia and continue on I-676 West to I-76 East. Proceed on I-76 East to the 30th Street Station Exit. At the top of the exit ramp stoplight turn right onto Arch Street (note: there is no street sign marking this street as Arch Street). The Cira Centre and its driveway will be immediately to the right.

From The Northeast
Follow Interstate 95 South to I-676 West (Exit 22). Follow the signs for I-676 West towards Central Philadelphia and continue on I-676 West to I-76 East. Proceed on I-76 East to the 30th Street Station Exit. At the top of the exit ramp stoplight turn right onto Arch Street (note: there is no street sign marking this street as Arch Street). The Cira Centre and its driveway will be immediately to the right.

From Points North (PA)
Take I-476 South (NE Extension) to Mid-County Interchange (Exit 20). Continue on I-476 South (Blue Route) to I-76 East (Exit 16). Continue on I-76 East to 30th Street Station (Exit 345). At the top of the exit ramp stoplight turn right onto Arch Street/PA-3W (note: there is no street sign marking this street as Arch Street). The Cira Centre and its driveway will be immediately to the right.

From The West
From the Pennsylvania Turnpike, take Exit 24 (Valley Forge/Central Philadelphia) onto I-76 East. Continue on I-76 East to 30th Street Station (Exit 345). At the top of the exit ramp stoplight turn right onto Arch Street/PA-3W (note: there is no street sign marking this street as Arch Street). The Cira Centre and its driveway will be immediately to the right.

From The South (Including Philadelphia International Airport)
Take I-95 North to I-76 West and take Exit 345 (30th Street Station). Continue straight past the front side of 30th Street Station and stay to the left at the "Y" in the road, turning left onto Arch Street/PA-3W. The Cira Centre and its driveway will appear on the right as the road bends left around 30th Street Station.

Rail Transportation
All SEPTA regional rail lines and Amtrak lines pass directly through 30th Street Station. Rail travelers need not even walk outside to get to The Hub Cira Centre, given that our front doors are just across the skybridge connecting 30th Street Station and The Cira Centre (located just off of the Regional Rails section of the station).
