Sales Manager
Ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience (hospitality experience preferred but not required) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as has Daylight or Delphi related experience. Duties will primarily be the proactive selling of The Hub Meeting & Event Centers while achieving individual budgeted sales goal by maintaining and further developing of existing accounts and new business development. The candidate would be expected to respond promptly to sales inquiries, solicit potential new clients, set up site tours of the various properties, entertain clients and report all activities. The core focus of the Hub is on customer service, a critical element of all team member roles and the foundation of The Hub philosophy.

Standards & Execution Team (SET) Coordinator
Our SET Team is primarily responsible for the "standards" in quality assurance compliance, with completion of daily meeting room and event space inspections and maintenance of punch lists. A strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship is essential. Candidates should have a passion for or experience in home improvement type projects and general project management. In addition, the SET Coordinator "executes" all of the pertinent details regarding an event by preparing our meeting & event space for upcoming daytime meetings and/or evening and weekend events. Lifting is required and movement of furniture/chairs on wheels.
Candidates must be flexible with scheduling - early morning, mid-afternoon, late-night shifts and weekends will be required, based on specific event needs. We are seeking a well-rounded individual who is also able assist our clients by providing exceptional customer service. Similar hospitality experience is desired but not required for consideration. Excellent communication and organization skills a must!

Service Assistant
The Hub is seeking individuals who are looking for part-time or on-call hours to assist with our catering services. Hours would vary based on event needs –lunch; afternoon and early evening availability is preferable. Specific responsibilities would include but would not be limited to assisting our catering company with receiving orders for daily events, maintaining and clearing service items, cleanliness of service area and inventory of service area, and operation of dishwasher. Ability to follow directions, work in a fast-paced environment and have good communication skills preferred.
